Maximus is seeking a bilingual Customer Service Representative (Vietnamese/English) in Texas to support the Health Texas Enrollment Broker project. This full-time, hourly role offers a fully remote arrangement with a Monday–Friday schedule and shift coverage within 7:15 am–5:30 pm MST.
Training classes begin in October and November. You will handle inquiries via phone, IVR, and web chat, provide accurate program information, and document all interactions.
