About the Role

Our client is seeking a diligent Customer Care Representative to join their established fully remote team, serving customers from the East London area. You will be the frontline support, responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a consistently positive customer experience. This role is critical for building customer loyalty and maintaining the company’s reputation for outstanding service. As a fully remote employee, you will collaborate with a geographically diverse team, contributing to a supportive and productive work environment from anywhere in the Eastern Cape.

• Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and chat, providing timely and accurate assistance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to products, services, and billing.
• Document all customer interactions, including details of inquiries, comments, actions taken, and resolutions.
• Escalate complex customer issues to the relevant departments or supervisors for resolution.
• Contribute to the creation and maintenance of customer-facing documentation, such as FAQs and guides.
• Proactively identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and provide feedback internally.

• Previous experience in a customer care or customer service role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Proficiency with helpdesk software and CRM systems.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
