General Dynamics Information Technology is hiring a Customer Service Representative in Las Cruces, NM to respond to Medicare coordination questions within our fast-paced call center. The onsite training lasts 8-12 weeks, after which the role is remote within 60 miles of Las Cruces; evenings and regional shifts are required.
Qualified candidates have at least 1 year of related experience, a High School Diploma or GED, and the ability to pass a federal background check and drug screenings.
