Columbia Gas, a NiSource company, is seeking a full-time Remote Customer Service Representative. You will handle billing inquiries, service requests, account transfers, and emergency calls, delivering responsive, customer-focused assistance.
Starting pay is $21.00 per hour with a $500 sign-on bonus paid in two installments. You must reside within 80 miles of a Columbia Gas facility and be available for the 13-week training, with periodic on-site visits as needed.
