Auto Claims Desk Adjuster

Responsibilities

• Guide insureds and claimants through the auto claims process from start to finish
• Speak with and engage customers who have been in auto accidents
• Manage the multiple moving pieces of auto claims
• Provide customer service and problem-solving support
• Represent the Liberty Mutual brand and deliver on customer promises
• Process and handle claims using multiple systems
• Adapt to office and work-from-home environments, schedules, and customer needs
• Complete additional in-person training during the first six months

• Engaging, outgoing personality and passion for helping customers
• Ability to think critically, use resources, and seek answers in a virtual environment
• Excellent oral, written, decision-making, and organizational skills
• Strong typing and multitasking capabilities in a structured paperless work environment
• Strong working knowledge and ability to utilize multiple systems during virtual training and to handle/process claims
• General understanding of overall claim operations and key stakeholders
• College degree preferred, and/or 1–3 years of related customer service experience or applicable insurance knowledge
• Must reside within 50 miles of the Liberty Lake, WA office
• Only open to US-based employees

Demonstrates strong customer service skills and problem-solving abilities while guiding clients through the auto claims process. Proficient in managing multiple systems and adapting to various work environments to meet customer needs effectively.
