Aegis is seeking a Customer Success Specialist to join our team in Aurora, IL. This fully onsite role will ramp up with the flexibility to work one day a week remote.
The ideal candidate will bring 3-5+ years in Customer Experience or Customer Success, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and familiarity with modern CRM tools, especially Hub Spot. Experience with manufacturing or related industries, ticketing systems, AI/automation, and multilingual capabilities are a plus.
