Con Serve is seeking a Bilingual Spanish Customer Service Associate to handle first-party calls for our clients from a remote home office. You will assist consumers with account information, gather details, provide solutions, and work within established scripts and processes.
Ideal candidates are fluent in Spanish and English, have customer service experience, and can operate in a fixed EST schedule Monday through Friday.
