Essential Functions:

Installation of vending machines at customer locations.

Support of vending machines, including repairs, as needed.

Update customer database records including employee names, , product SKU’s and inventory usage.

Provide pre and post-sales support and assist in creating custom vending programs tailored toward customer requirements.

Work in coordination with other members of vending support team.

Interface with customers as required.

Access corporate database containing proprietary information including supplier pricing, margins, inventory volumes and customer pricing.

Participate in training specific to the various vending manufacturers offered by Haggard & Stocking.

Work on other IT tasks and/or projects as they are assigned.

Other tasks that are reasonably related to the position and are of an incidental nature may be assigned.

Position is 8:00am to 5:00pm, Monday thru Friday This is an ONSITE position, this will not be a remote position

We are located on Indy’s southeast side, immediately off the I465 and Emerson Ave. interchange.

Skills and Requirements Familiarity with Microsoft Office products, especially Excel and Word Strong verbal and written communication skills

Maintains a high level of confidentiality

Problem solving skills

Self-starter (well-formed work ethic)
Professional Attitude Customer Service/Interpersonal skills

Education and Experience Associates Degree in computer/information technology or equivalent work experience

Knowledge of Windows-based operating systems
