Con Serve is seeking a Bilingual Spanish Customer Service Associate to initiate first-party calls, gather information, and resolve issues for our clients in a remote setting. This position demands a customer-focused, enthusiastic, detail-oriented individual who can thrive in a home-based environment.
You will work Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST, handling inbound/outbound calls, documenting accounts, and meeting penetration goals.
