Con Serve is seeking a bilingual Spanish Customer Service Associate, based remotely, to initiate outbound calls, provide information, and resolve consumer issues for our clients. The role emphasizes accuracy, confidentiality, and a customer-focused approach in a home-based setting.
The position requires a High School Diploma or GED, the ability to work Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM EST, and fluency in English and Spanish. Prior CS experience is preferred and attendance is critical.
