Moderator for our English-speaking online community based in Akron
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Moderator for our English-speaking online community based in Akron. As a moderator you will be responsible for monitoring and managing the community forum ensuring that all content posted is in line with our guidelines and standards. You will also be responsible for engaging with community members responding to inquiries and providing support when needed.
This position requires strong communication skills attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
- Monitor and manage the online community forum ensuring all content is appropriate and follows guidelines
- Engage with community members by responding to inquiries and providing support when needed
- Maintain a positive and friendly atmosphere within the community
- Collaborate with other moderators to continuously improve community guidelines and standards
- Report any issues or concerns to the Community Manager
- Proficient in English native speaker preferred
- Excellent communication skills written and verbal
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently
- Knowledge of online communities and social media platforms
- Experience in moderating or managing online communities is a plus
Salary $1200month with potential for growth
