• Identify and remove harmful, inappropriate, or sensitive content while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.

• Escalate complex or high-risk cases to senior staff as needed.

• Maintain consistent productivity and quality standards in daily tasks.

• Provide clear documentation and reporting for flagged content.

• Stay updated with moderation policies, community standards, and platform rules.

• Collaborate with team leads to improve content review processes and user safety.

• Uphold a positive company image by ensuring that all reviewed content aligns with brand values.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to make objective, rules-based decisions.

• Excellent English reading and comprehension skills.

• Ability to handle sensitive, disturbing, or graphic content with professionalism.
