Customer Service Representative (Remote) - Contract-to-Hire
$18.00/hour | Fully Remote

We are seeking experienced Customer Service Representatives to join a leading travel and hospitality organization's Guest Services team. This is a fully remote opportunity for candidates who have prior call center or customer service experience and excel in a fast-paced environment.
Eligible States: AR, AZ, CO, FL, LA, MN, TX, and WI
Responsibilities- Assist customers via phone, email, and chat.
- Process reservations, cancellations, and booking changes.
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve inquiries professionally.
- Navigate multiple systems while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products and services when appropriate.
Operating hours are:
- Monday-Friday: 8:00 AM - 10:00 PM EST
- Saturday: 9:00 AM - 7:30 PM EST
- Sunday: 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM EST
Schedules are assigned through a shift-bidding process based on training assessment results.
