Location: Northern
Ninja One, LLC is seeking a Support Engineer - Tier 1 to join our customer-focused Support Team. You will prioritize calls and emails, own customer issues, and leverage resources to deliver high-quality service during a 5pm–2am EST weekday schedule, with occasional on-call weekends.
Your background includes a CS degree or equivalent, at least 2 years in a customer service or support role, and experience with Windows and Zendesk. Remote-friendly from US locations in FL/TX preferred.
