Maximus is seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Specialist (Spanish & English) to support the Health Texas project through telephone, IVR and web portals. This paid training prepares CSRs for client interactions, with a $1 per hour pay increase after training.
The role is full-time and hybrid, starting on-site for the first week before you can work from home. You may be asked to report to our San Antonio, TX location as needed.
