Location: City of Rochester
EIS Legacy is seeking a Customer Service Specialist – eCommerce to learn all aspects of the sales and service process and help customers navigate the redesigned site. This hybrid role combines in-office collaboration with remote work to support online customers.
You will handle orders, manage accounts, assist with self-service tools, and provide feedback to improve the online experience. Strong communication and data-entry skills are essential for success.
