Market Specialist

The challenge

As a Market Specialist, you are the direct point of contact for our valued customers. You are responsible for the entire process, from order reception and preparation to order follow-up. As a driving force within our team, you are the key to customer satisfaction. You respond promptly and accurately to all practical questions from our customers regarding orders, delivery options, lead times, and any potential concerns.

You oversee deliveries, delivery terms, and transportation while continuously working on analyzing and optimizing the flow of information and goods to our customers. In addition, you are also responsible for handling return requests and contributing to improvement activities.

• You are capable of prioritizing tasks, thinking and acting proactively.
• You possess strong problem-solving skills, apply critical thinking, and develop effective solutions to resolve customer issues efficiently
• Customer orientation is part of your DNA, and you excel in finding effective solutions.
• you have proficiency in Dutch and English. Knowledge of other languages is a plus.
• You have a strong proficiency in using MS Office.
