• Provide memorable customer service experience by actively listening and using consultative selling skills during initial inquiries.
• Educate clients on services, answer questions, overcome objections, and schedule student academic evaluations and consultations.
• Follow contact center scripts while speaking with clients.
• Build positive rapport with clients of differing personality types.
• Maintain politeness and professionalism during all interactions.
• Keep records of all conversations in the call center system.
• Meet personal and team qualitative and quantitative service targets.
• Participate in initial and ongoing training to stay updated on services.

• Work from home.
• Varied shifts: morning, evening, and weekend.
• Full-time schedule required.
• Two weekday evening shifts per month (2:00PM‑10:30PM).
• Two Saturday shifts per month (9:00AM‑5:30PM).
• Sunday shifts as needed (10:00AM‑3:00PM).
