Virtual Customer Service Professional (work from home)

Full-time (minimum 25 hours per week)

Hourly pay rate: $9.00 – $14.00 per hour, depending on experience and the company you are assigned to.

Must be 18+ to apply. Requires a high school diploma or equivalency. Secondary education and/or some college preferred.

Job type: 1099 contractor, working from home.

• Excellent listening and strong English communication skills (verbal and written)
• Resolve concerns or complaints related to your client
• No cold calling or telemarketing; inbound calls only
• Able to perform basic math skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast‑paced environment
• Comfortable with basic computer skills including email and documents
• Must be able to pass a background check (drug test may be required by the client)
• Minimum 3+ months of customer service, retail, or sales experience preferred
• Must have a quiet home office with no ambient sounds (pets, children, etc.)
• Must be able to schedule work hours and train consecutively for up to 4 hours in the evening or morning, for a total of 10 weeks

• Windows Vista is not accepted at this time
• High‑speed internet access provided by a cable or DSL provider (satellite broadband does not meet our requirements; use of wireless and Wi‑Fi "air cards" is prohibited)
• Dedicated, hard‑wired phone with no features
• Computer specifications:
• Minimum hardware: 2 GB RAM, 80 GB IDE, single core 1.4 GHz, 48‑line CD
• Minimum OS:
  Windows XP Service Pack 3, Windows 7 32‑bit and 64‑bit, and Mac OS 10

• Can work part‑time or full‑time as needed.
