Virtual Customer Service Professional (Work from home)

Part‑time or full‑time 1099 contractor position, minimum 25 hours per week. Pay: $9.00 – $14.00 per hour depending on experience.

• Excellent listening skills, strong English communication skills (verbal and written)
• Resolve concerns or complaints related to clients
• No cold calling, no telemarketing; inbound calls only
• Must be 18 years or older to apply
• High school diploma or equivalency; secondary education and/or some college preferred
• Basic math skills
• Ability to create your own schedules
• Must pass a background check; drug test may be required
• Minimum 3+ months of customer service, retail, or sales experience preferred
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast‑paced environment
• Comfortable with basic computer skills including email and documents
• Work as a PT or FT 1099 contractor from home
• Quiet home office environment; no ambient sounds such as pets or children while working
• Available for training consecutively up to a maximum of 4 hours in the morning or evening for up to 10 weeks

• High speed internet access provided by a cable or DSL provider
• Satellite broadband does not meet our requirements
• Use of wireless and Wi‑Fi "air cards" is prohibited
• Dedicated, hard‑wired phone with no features
• Computer with the following specs: minimum 2 GB RAM, 80 GB IDE, single core 1.4 GHz CPU, 48× CD;

  Windows XP Service Pack 3, Windows 7 32‑bit or 64‑bit, and Mac OS X
