As a trusted partner to providers, members, and health plans, this position plays a primary role in assisting callers with complex clinical inquiries and benefit resolutions.

** Mandatory Remote Guidelines:
** You must work from home (WFH) in a designated, compliant workspace. The connection to your Internet Service Provider must support consistent video meetings over a reliable network.

* Requires consistent 50 Mbps down / 10 Mbps up minimum internet speed.
* Requires capability to participate by video in online meetings.

Key Responsibilities
* Answer inbound calls from Providers, Members, and Health Plans in a professional, courteous, and accurate manner.
* Acknowledge and respond to requests, and utilize online resources and internal software to provide timely responses.
* Ascertain the nature of the call, research details using proprietary systems, and create and record accurate information.
* Review information, diagnosis, and resolve moderately complex requests timely.
* Ensure daily and weekly call management time targets are met while maintaining appropriate follow-up.
* Generate logs requiring further research and forward information to the appropriate internal department.
* Manage priorities and complete other clerical and support tasks timely.
* Communicate confidentiality of sensitive company and customer information.

Customer Relationship Management (CRM)## Qualifications
* High School Diploma or GED certificate required.
* Minimum of 1 year professional customer service experience; experience in a call center environment is preferred.
* No prior professional clinical experience is required.
* Strong verbal communication skills and typing speed and accuracy.
* Basic computer proficiency with Microsoft Office experience, especially Excel, is a plus.
