Delta Airlines Part Time ; Customer Support

Sirius Support is a fully remote outsourcing company that provides customer support for a wide range of technology and customer service functions.

This is a two‑week project that begins on October 21. The role involves contacting potential voters to collect survey data.

• Making outbound phone calls to potential voters in order to collect survey data.
• Handling objections professionally to ensure survey completion.
• Precisely entering review reactions into the framework with sharp meticulousness.

• Prior work experience in a high‑volume, high‑quality environment in customer service, sales, or survey support.
• Ability to think quickly and effectively respond to changing circumstances.
• Spry way to deal with and handle different difficulties and situations during calls.
• Ability to communicate clearly and precisely to answer survey questions and record responses.
• Ability to type quickly for rapid data entry.
• A determined commitment to achieving campaign objectives and a proactive, go‑getter attitude.
• Adaptability to pivot between shifts on a case‑by‑case basis.

• Up‑and‑down internet connection that is at least 50 Mbps.

• Pay: $10.00 per hour.
