We are looking for a Booking Advisor who will provide exceptional customer service to Disney guests via phone, email and live chat. You will qualify guests and travel planners, guide them in multiple languages, and offer customized travel arrangements.
Responsibilities- Clarify guests’ expectations and travel planning needs.
- Assist and educate guests in Portuguese, English, and potentially French.
- Offer personalized travel packages and booking solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to secure the best options for guests.
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions.
- Strong interest in customer relations across multiple channels.
- Excellent listening and communication skills.
- Goal‑oriented with a focus on sales and customer experience.
- Proficient with computers and standard office software.
- Language proficiency: C1/C2 Portuguese, C1/C2 English, B2/C1 French.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education.
- Full‑time schedule: 31 or 39 hours per week (flexible hours).
- Remote work possibility from home; requires up to 5 days onsite per month.
- Fixed hourly pay plus variable commission.
