Connecting with patients to promote preventive health, the full-time Remote Outbound Call Center Representative will make 100-150 outbound calls per shift, educating individuals on the importance of health screenings while working remotely.

• Make outbound calls to patients regarding their screening kits and educate them on preventive health benefits
• Identify and resolve barriers preventing patients from returning their kits while delivering outstanding customer service
• Effectively de-escalate concerns and create positive patient experiences through consultative conversations

• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check
• Experience or interest in a fast-paced outbound call center environment
• High School Diploma or GED required (some college preferred)
• Stable work history demonstrating reliability and commitment
