Location: ‘Ōma‘o

Assist Quick Books customers with questions about Quick Books Online Advanced, Payroll and Payments. In this role, you’ll provide guidance, troubleshoot issues, and help customers navigate the platform to find the right solutions.

Call types can include:

Software functionality and navigation

Account management

Quick Books Online Payments

Payroll support

Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues

Guidance on relevant Quick Books products (cross-selling when applicable)

Earnings Potential

Earn up to $0.33/handle minute with a 45-minute minimum guarantee
- Contractors on this program typically earn $14.85 - $19.80/hour based on call volume and availability

Skills Needed

Proficiency in Quick Books (2+ years experience required)
Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality customer service over the phone.
Comfortable cross-selling when relevant.
Tech savvy and avid computer user.
Communicate with a friendly tone and professional demeanor

Work Environment Requirements

Technology Requirements

Personal computer (no tablet)
Broadband internet connection, at least 10 Mbps download speed

Windows 11 operating system
Valid antivirus software installed, running and up to date
