As a Customer Service Representative, you'll serve as a key resource for customers by providing support, guidance, and solutions through multiple communication channels.

• Assist customers with questions regarding orders, shipments, returns, refunds, and warranties
• Deliver professional and friendly service through inbound phone calls
• Help customers navigate online systems and websites
• Provide product information and general support
• Resolve customer concerns while creating positive experiences

• Support customers via phone, email, chat, and social media interactions
• Document customer interactions accurately
• Maintain professionalism and empathy in every conversation

• Day 1:
  Virtual orientation
• Weeks 1-2:
  Instructor-led training and learning modules
• Week 3:
  On-the-job training with hands-on support
• Ongoing coaching and development throughout the assignment

• Previous customer service experience assisting customers and resolving concerns
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable speaking with customers on the phone throughout the day
• Ability to multitask between computer systems while communicating with customers
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and other office applications
• Reliable internet connection and dedicated remote workspace

• Orientation:
  Friday, 9:00 AM - 11:00 AM
• Weeks 1-2:
  Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Week 3:
  Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

• Availability needed Monday-Saturday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

• Monday-Sunday, 7:00 AM - 6:00 PM
• Sunday availability required starting November 15

This is a Contract position based out of Grand Junction, CO.

The pay range for this position is $16.50 - $16.50/hr.
