• Assist travelers with questions related to vacations, destinations, reservations, and travel services
• Learn about client preferences, interests, and travel goals to provide personalized support
• Research destinations, accommodations, cruises, transportation options, excursions, and vacation experiences
• Present travel recommendations that align with individual needs and budgets
• Support the coordination of bookings, itineraries, and trip-related arrangements
• Provide travelers with confirmations, schedules, travel documents, and important updates
• Assist with itinerary modifications, special requests, and travel-related concerns
• Review travel plans and reservation details to help ensure accuracy and completeness
• Monitor upcoming departures and help keep travel arrangements on track
