WFH Remote Travel Coordinator

Moore Vacations is a travel services company that assists clients with coordinating leisure travel, including vacations, cruises, resort stays, group travel, and special occasion travel experiences. We work with established travel suppliers and industry partners to help clients arrange travel that meets their needs and preferences.

We are seeking organized and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Remote Travel Coordinators. In this role, you will assist clients with travel research, reservation coordination, supplier communication, and itinerary support. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, enjoys helping others, and is comfortable working in a remote environment using online systems and communication tools.

Assist clients with coordinating travel arrangements, including accommodations, cruises, tours, transportation, and vacation packages
Research travel options and provide information based on client needs and preferences
Communicate with travel suppliers regarding availability, reservation details, schedules, and travel-related information
Support clients throughout the reservation process and help ensure booking details are accurate and complete
Respond to client inquiries through phone, email, and online communication platforms
Maintain accurate records, documentation, and travel-related information
Follow established company procedures and customer service standards
Monitor reservations and assist with travel-related updates when needed

Strong communication and customer service skills
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Attention to detail and accuracy when managing information
Comfortable using computers, web-based systems, and online communication tools
Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities in a remote environment
Reliable internet access
Must be at least 18 years of age and authorized to work in your location
Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, administration, travel, or a related field is helpful but not required
