Part-Time Remote Customer Service & Marketing Assistant

We’re looking for a reliable, organized, and friendly part-time remote assistant to join our team for approximately 10 hours per week
.

This is a flexible role that will involve a variety of day-to-day tasks, including:

• Responding to customer emails and questions
• Providing friendly and professional customer service
• Editing and updating customer orders
• Following up with customers as needed
• Assisting with marketing emails and promotions
• Helping with social media and online content
• Supporting our branding and maintaining a consistent brand voice
• General administrative and organizational tasks

We’re looking for someone who is:

• An excellent written communicator
• Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
• Comfortable working independently and remotely
• Friendly and customer-service focused
• Familiar with email and online business tools
• Experienced with social media, branding, and marketing
• Able to manage multiple small tasks and prioritize as needed

Experience with canva a +++++

Previous customer service, administrative, marketing, branding, or social media experience is a plus.

This is a part-time position of approximately 10 hours per week, with a flexible schedule and the opportunity to grow with our business.
