Provide exceptional customer service to high-end clients by assisting with inquiries, resolving issues, and fulfilling requests in a timely and professional manner;
Utilize resources and tools to research and recommend personalized products and services based on client preferences and needs;
Act as a liaison between clients and internal departments to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders and services;
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and update client profiles with relevant information;
Proactively anticipate client needs and suggest additional services or products to enhance their experience;
