Customer Service Rep
We are seeking a motivated bilingual Customer Service Representative for a contract/temporary remote opportunity supporting consumers, prospective enrollees, and authorized representatives in the healthcare services industry. This CSR I - Client Support Representative role is ideal for a customer-focused professional with 1-2 years of experience who enjoys helping people, answering questions, and providing accurate information in a fast-paced contact center environment.
This fully remote position offers the opportunity to build customer service experience from home while working with a supportive team that values quality, professionalism, confidentiality, and clear communication. You will receive guidance, training, and ongoing support while helping callers access important information and resources.
Key Responsibilities- Answer inbound calls from consumers, prospective enrollees, and authorized representatives in a professional and courteous manner.
- Provide accurate information while following company policies, procedures, service standards, and privacy guidelines.
- Document and track customer interactions using designated systems with strong attention to detail.
- Fulfill customer requests for information and materials through mail, email, or downloads.
