Customer Care Representative (Remote | Seasonal)

Position Overview

The Customer Care Representative provides thoughtful, personalized support to customers through phone, chat, email, and social media channels. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy helping others, solving problems, and delivering exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

+ Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media

+ Assist with orders, returns, refunds, shipping questions, and warranty requests

+ Help customers navigate websites and find products that meet their needs

+ Research and resolve customer concerns with professionalism and empathy

+ Document customer interactions accurately

+ Build positive customer relationships through responsive, solution-oriented service

Required Qualifications

+ Previous customer service experience

+ Strong written and verbal communication skills

+ Ability to navigate multiple computer systems while speaking with customers

+ Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and other basic computer applications

+ High School Diploma or equivalent

+ High-volume inbound call experience perferred

Schedule Information

Standard Operating Hours - Open availability is required. Consistent schedules are assigned based on business needs following training.

+ Monday - Sunday, 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM MST/8:00 AM to 7:00 PM CST

Remote Work Requirements

+ Quiet, distraction-free workspace

+ Wired internet connection required

+ Minimum internet speed of 50 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload

+ Ability to work independently with minimal distractions

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of San Antonio, TX.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.50 - $16.50/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
