Leading Edge Extended Learning is seeking a Bilingual Customer Care Specialist to assist families with enrollment, billing and program information. This remote role supports Colorado, New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Washington, DC residents who are fluent in English and Spanish.
The 30-hour workweek follows Monday–Friday, with specific 12:00 PM–6:00 PM Eastern and 10:00 AM–4:00 PM Mountain shifts. You will handle inquiries, registrations, and account questions, maintain records, and collaborate
