We are seeking outgoing individuals for our Wedding Travel Coordinator positions.
As a Wedding Travel Coordinator, you will work from home helping clients block off hotel rooms, book flights, and transfers for wedding parties. Including, destination weddings, bachelor/bachelorette parties, honeymoon travels, etc.
This position is perfect for anyone who loves to travel and loves to help others with planning.

• Research, Create, and Execute travel itineraries for your clients.
• Review individual needs and wants for travel, to ensure you plan a trip designed specifically for your client.
• Review budgets and plan client trips accordingly.
• Book travel needs including airlines, hotels, car rentals, cruises, tours, events, and much more!
• Effectively communicate with clients pre and post travel to ensure client satisfaction.
• Handle client issues that arise before, during, or after travel.
• Complete ongoing trainings to maintain and earn certifications within the travel industry.
• Attend ongoing webinars with vendors and suppliers to become specialized with specific destinations, types of travel, etc.
• Remain current regarding changes within the travel and tourism industry.

• Strong communication skills.
• Must have reliable internet access and a computer (recommended) or a smartphone.
• Hospitality, Customer Service, or Sales background is a plus, but not a requirement.
• Personal travel experience is a plus, but not a requirement.
