Benefits Enrollment Specialist – Work From Home

As part of our client services team, your responsibilities will include:

• Providing clients with benefit and enrollment information
• Confirming eligibility and assisting with required documentation
• Responding to incoming questions and service requests
• Helping clients understand their existing and available coverage
• Reviewing individual needs and identifying appropriate benefit options
• Presenting personalized recommendations using established analysis tools
• Maintaining professional communication throughout the client relationship
• Staying current on program updates, products, procedures, and services through ongoing communication with leadership
