Conduct thorough background checks and verify client information to ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations;
Communicate effectively with clients to address any questions or concerns and provide updates on the onboarding progress;
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve the overall client experience;
Maintain accurate records of client information and onboarding progress in our database;
