Located in Moore, Oklahoma
, the Hyatt Shared Service Center supports over 200 Hyatt hotels across North and Latin America with accounting and customer service functions. Our team thrives in a performance-driven environment that offers career growth, job enrichment, and a supportive culture.

This position begins on-site and transitions to a hybrid schedule after 90 days of service. You’ll work remotely on Mondays and Fridays
, and in-office on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays
. To work remotely, you must meet our IT requirements, including:

• High-speed internet (DSL, Cable, or Fiber-Optic only)
• Cellular-based services are not permitted
• Certification of service may be requested

• Respond to phone calls, emails, and additional guest inquiries
• Conduct in-depth research to resolve guest concerns

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ year of customer service experience
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding performance goals
• Strong multitasking skills with proficiency in multiple PC applications

Regular attendance is expected based on schedule and business needs, the schedule for this position requires the following availability, but is not limited to Monday-Friday 7:00 AM- 7:00 PM.
