Online Consultant - English Speaking; Indian Nationals

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Online Consultant to join our team in Las Vegas. As an Online Consultant you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through various online platforms. This is a contract position with a salary of $1400 and we offer free visa and ticket for Indian nationals.

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via online chat email or social media platforms
• Understand and address customer needs and concerns effectively
• Provide accurate product information and recommendations to customers
• Resolve customer complaints in a timely manner
• Build strong relationships with customers and ensure their satisfaction with our services
• Collaborate with other team members to constantly improve the customer experience
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and new product features to better assist customers

• Fluency in English is a must both written and verbal
• Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet
• Proven ability to multitask and manage time effectively
• Knowledge of online communication tools such as chat email and social media platforms
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
