Our team helps members understand the protection available to them, answer their questions, and navigate the process with confidence.

As a union-backed provider, our approach is built around straightforward communication, professional service, and maintaining long-term relationships with the families we serve.

We're looking for motivated individuals to join our growing remote team. In this position, you'll work directly with union members who have requested information about their available benefits.

Appointments are conducted virtually or over the phone. You'll review each member's needs, walk them through available options, answer questions, and assist with completing the necessary digital documentation.

The goal is to make the process simple and informative so members can confidently make decisions regarding their family's financial protection.

• Meet with members through scheduled phone and Zoom appointments
• Conduct individual benefit reviews
• Present available programs in a clear and professional manner
• Respond to questions and provide personalized guidance
• Complete applications and electronic documentation accurately
• Maintain communication with members throughout the process
• Provide follow-up assistance when needed
