! In this role, you will be working closely with customers and coordinating sales efforts.

• Quickly and professionally answer inbound calls and taking customers’ orders
• Listen and respond attentively to customers' needs
• Process orders accurately and coordinate with team members
• Accurately enter data information from calls and set realistic expectations
• Problem solve and provide solutions
