OverviewAs an AWS Customer Success Agent, you will serve US Government (USG) and enterprise customers, providing guidance, support and troubleshooting across AWS services, particularly focusing on Amazon EC2, Amazon S3, IAM, and billing and cost management. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams from the AWS Customer Support and Customer Success Groups to maintain client relationships and drive the adoption of AWS services.
Responsibilities- Act as the client advocate for USG and enterprise customers, managing complex account and billing issues.
- Collaborate with enterprise clients to understand how they use AWS account and billing services, providing actionable insights.
- Perform deep dive analysis of USG/Enterprise client account and billing artifacts.
- Educate clients on discovery options, alerts, and cost optimization plans.
- Deliver concise, impactful, client‑situated support to enterprise clients.
- Work with Customer Support peers worldwide to ensure a reliable and high‑quality level of service.
- Drive initiatives that expand customer collaboration with AWS account and billing data.
- Serve as the Voice of the Customer for our Enterprise clients, identifying and following up on areas for improvement.
- Effectively search for solutions to client needs, communicate patterns to product, and recommend innovative solutions to enhance the client experience.
- Assist with enterprise client communication during AWS launches and support events.
- Maintain point‑by‑point documentation of AWS product and feature highlights.
- Collaborate with AWS teams to drive end‑to‑end initiatives for clients.
- Ensure internal knowledge base pages are up to date.
Required: Bachelor’s degree with strong analytical and communication skills.
Preferred: Knowledge of AWS security best practices for applications, servers, and accounts; experience with AWS services such as EC2, S3, IAM, and billing; ability to consult customers and drive initiatives toward adoption.
