Online Consultant; English Speaking) in Akron, Canada

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Online Consultant to join our team in Akron Canada. In this role you will be responsible for providing exceptional online customer service and support to our clients. As an Online Consultant you will use your excellent communication skills and knowledge of the English language to effectively assist customers with their inquiries and provide them with accurate information.

• Responding to customer inquiries via email chat and social media platforms
• Providing customers with product information pricing and availability
• Assisting customers with placing orders and resolving any issues or complaints
• Building strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty
• Identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling of products or services
• Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

• Fluent in English both written and spoken
• Excellent communication skills verbal and written
• Previous experience in a customer service or sales role is preferred
• Knowledge of online shopping platforms is an asset
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends if required
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally

We offer a competitive salary of $1200 per month for this position.

This position is located in Akron Canada. However we are open to candidates from other locations who are willing to relocate on their own visa.
