Location: 100% Remote – U.S.
Contract Rate: $12.00/hour
Position Type: 1099 Independent Contractor

We are hiring bilingual Portuguese/English independent contractors to provide remote customer service and sales support within the travel and vacation industry.
What You'll Do- Handle inbound customer service and sales calls.
- Assist members with vacation and resort requests.
- Offer alternative vacation options when requested locations are unavailable.
- Explain and sell membership packages and services.
- Resolve customer concerns and provide first-call resolution.
- Deliver professional, friendly customer service.
- Must speak English and Portuguese fluently.
- Customer service, call center, travel, hospitality, or sales experience preferred.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working in a sales-focused environment.
- Own computer equipment and reliable high-speed internet.
- Must complete a background check and photo .
- Must complete the required registration, assessment, and certification process.
Service hours are Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–11:00 PM ET and Saturday, 10:00 AM–8:00 PM ET
. A minimum of 4 hours is required on Saturday and/or Monday
.
This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity, not a W-2 employment position.
