The Reservation Concierge (RC) is the first point of contact for our guests and plays a vital role in ensuring a seamless, welcoming, and supportive experience. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong customer service mindset, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with grace and professionalism. This is a hybrid role that will entail working from home using your own laptop orPC and headset.

A phone will be provided.

This position reports to the Director of Operations and the Operations Manager.

Serve as the primary point of contact for guests via phone, email, and other communication channels.

Assist guests with scheduling, rescheduling, and confirming spa and med spa appointments.

Provide accurate information about services, memberships, promotions, and policies.

Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns promptly, escalating when necessary.

Maintain a professional, warm, and welcoming demeanor at all times to reflect the Hiatus brand.

Accurately document guest information and appointment details in the booking system.

Collaborate with team members and management to ensure a smooth guest experience.

Support sales efforts by recommending services, memberships, and retail products that align with guest needs.

Uphold confidentiality and compliance with spa/med spa policies and industry standards.

Previous customer service or call center experience (hospitality, spa, or medical spa experience a plus).

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Proficiency with computer systems and booking software

Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.

Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.

Passion for wellness, hospitality, and delivering a best-in-class guest experience.

Possess alaptop or PC in good working order.
