Customer Service Rep, Bilingual, Call Center / Support
Conduent is hiring a Remote Call Center Customer Service Representative to support Kentucky residents. The role requires living in Kentucky, handling health-benefit inquiries (SNAP, Medicaid, TNAF) with focus on accuracy and customer care. Training runs 8:00 am–5:00 pm for 4 weeks, then 40 hours/week on a shift window 8:00 AM–8:00 PM EST.
