Client Service Specialist – Telehealth

Are you an experienced client support professional who enjoys solving problems working with data and helping clients successfully navigate complex systems and processes Medcor is looking for a Client Support Specialist II to join our Telehealth team In this role youll serve as an advanced member of our Client Support team providing operational and technical support to Medcor clients while helping ensure an exceptional client experience Youll play an important role in client implementations system configurations data management troubleshooting and ongoing account support Youll also work closely with teams across Medcor including Account Management Sales Compliance and Project Management to implement customized solutions and ensure our clients receive the high level of service they expect from Medcor

• Lead advanced client implementations and account configurations including new client onboarding and customized system setups
• Format validate import and maintain client and medical network data while ensuring data accuracy and integrity
• Manage complex client specific system requirements security settings and account updates
• Partner with clients and internal teams to troubleshoot implementation issues and identify effective solutions
• Manage call review requests and ensure required documentation is submitted to Medcors Compliance team
• Configure and maintain secure client authentication settings and other system requirements
• Provide guidance and support to Client Support Specialists I and II including answering questions sharing knowledge and assisting with setup procedures
• Participate in team meetings training and continuous improvement initiatives
• Meet established departmental quality standards and performance expectations
• Take on additional projects and responsibilities as needed

• Associate degree or equivalent experience
• 5 years of operational customer service or client relations experience OR 2 years of client implementationonboarding experience
• Strong problem solving skills with the ability to work effectively in a fast paced environment
• Excellent written verbal listening and interpersonal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to accurately manage and manipulate data
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Ability to learn and work effectively within multiple software platforms and web based tools
• Comfortable communicating directly with clients through phone and email
• Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively across multiple teams
• Even Better If You Have Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
• Previous experience with client implementations or onboarding
• Experience in Workers Compensation or Occupational Health medicine

This position may work in an onsite hybrid or remote office environment When working remotely team members must have a private workspace with a door that can close and maintain a high speed internet connection that meets Medcors IT requirements
