Customer Service Rep, Call Center / Support
Maximus is seeking a Call Center Supervisor to provide front-line, first-level supervision to customer service representatives to meet program objectives and service level agreements. This is a seasonal, remote (work at home) position lasting approximately 6-8 weeks from September to December.
You will work an 8-hour shift between 7am-7pm CST, with overtime required on Mondays during production and 12/11. Equipment will be provided, and you must reside within 75 miles of Lawrence, KS to pick up
