Location: St. Petersburg
A customer service provider is looking for a remote Customer Service Representative to assist FEMA with local and state emergencies. The role requires taking calls, verifying documents, and entering data. Candidates must have a high school diploma, at least six months of customer service experience, and the ability to pass a federal background check. Bilingual skills in English and Spanish are a plus.
Training will be provided. Candidates should reside within an hour of Houston for equipment pick-up.
