Struction Solutions is seeking dependable and customer-focused Client Support Representatives to assist members of the Louisiana Medicaid managed care programs. Representatives will answer incoming calls, explain healthcare enrollment options, process member requests, and provide courteous and unbiased support.
This is a work-from-home position with BYOD requirements. Candidates must be available to work 9am-6:15pm Eastern hours, Monday–Friday, for a temporary assignment up to six months.
