The University of Utah Dermatology department is seeking a Customer Advocate Specialist to support patient scheduling within a call center framework. A work-from-home option is available after training, and the role is full-time, Monday–Friday, focusing on accurate information flow among medical staff and departments.
You will handle inbound and outbound calls, ensure scheduling accuracy, and use Epic and Outlook to communicate with patients and providers, while maintaining high service levels
